We start with what you already know: the last address, phone number, email, trading name and ABN if you have them. The purpose is a current way to reach the person or business that owes the account, so recovery can resume. We do not publish those details, and we do not contact relatives or unrelated staff as a way around a debtor who is avoiding the file.
